How do I delete an active tag?

Quick Steps:

1. Visit the Manage Your Pets website (Login if needed). 
2. Click the pet you want to delete a tag from.
3. Click their "Active Tags" link to expand the section and see their active tags. 
4. Click the "Delete" button next to the tag ID you wish to delete.

Detailed Steps:

1. Visit www.hitail.co
2. Next, click the user account icon  in the upper right (if on desktop) or if on mobile, click the menu icon  and select My Account. Login or create an account.
3. Once logged in, click the Pet Account link
4. On the Manage Your Pets page, click the name or photo of the pet you want to delete an active tag from.
5. Click the "Active Tags" link to expand the section and see all tags currently active for this pet.
6. Click the "Delete" button next to the tag ID you wish to delete.
