I accidentally deleted a tag, how can I add it again?

If you accidentally deleted an active tag from your pet's account, you will need to reactivate the tag again. You can't simply undo the deletion, so it will require you to reactivate the tag. Here's how:

Quick Steps:

1. Using your smartphone, scan the QR code of the new tag.
2. Login to your Hitail account if needed.
3. Select your pet's name from the existing pet dropdown list and save!

1. Open the camera on your smartphone and scan the QR code on the back of your new tag. This will start the tag activation process.
2. Login to your Hitail account if needed.
3. On step 1 of the activation process, select the name of your existing pet from the dropdown list and your pet and owner information will auto-populate into the fields below. Click save to activate the tag and assign it to the existing pet that you selected.

That's it! The tag is reactivated and assigned to your pet.
