How do I add a pet to my account?

Quick Steps:

1. Click here to add a new pet (https://hitail.co/pages/create-pet)
2. Add your pet's information in both steps 1 & 2 and click Continue to save.

Detailed Steps:
You can add a new pet in two ways:

Method #1

1. Scan the QR code on the back of your tag to start the tag activation process.
2. After you login, you can add a new pet during the tag activation process.

Method #2

1. You can access the Add New Pet page by going to www.hitail.co
2. Next, click the user account icon  in the upper right (if on desktop) or if on mobile, click the menu icon  and select My Account. Login or create an account.
3. Once logged in, click the Pet Account link
4. Under "Manage Your Pets" click Add New Pet.
5. Add your pet's information in both steps 1 & 2 and click Continue to save.
